Inconsistent room cleaning!!! Air conditioning issues!!! Noise disturbances from street cleaning at odd hours!!! Miscommunication and unclear information about services!!! Limited gym facilities poorly maintained!!! Overall decor feels outdated and needs a refresh!!!

we booked deluxe queen room and it was huge. the location was fantastic to seaside and the staff here was very good.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very comfortable. Got the same well-maintained family room with a view booked online, appreciated that. The local staff were amazingly helpful. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The views from Aksla were amazing, and the nearby dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Great location for a blend of relaxation and exploration. Don't miss out on the local shops and the beautiful marina!

The only downside was a mix-up with the room assignment, which took a while to resolve and caused some frustration during check-in.

Location: the hotel was just off town center and the ocean and Close enough to Bryggen to be able to walk there. I randomly popped in Cinque Minuti serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the venue, it was nice...

Functional hip new hotel with exceptional value, we had a pleasant stay. Family room with a view, had essentials required.

The waterfront view was great, but we froze at night due to no heat control.

Hotel location is very convenient in city centre.

1) Room was not cleaned one of the days of our stay. Beds were made but dishes and trash etc. was not removed. apparently no cleaning of the bathroom as well. 2) We were leaving very early in the morning and the receptionist said we could order breackfast package to bring with us. We ordered such packages and our order was confirmed by the reception. But when we checked out there were no breackfast packages and our order could not be found.

The family room I stayed in was beautiful and spacious, providing an awesome view of the marina that caught me by surprise! The breakfast buffet was a standout with a variety of options including warm croissants and smoked fish, delicious! The lounge area was perfect for unwinding, and I really appreciated the free coffee available .

Used as a base to visit fjords in area.

Check-in was smooth and the staff helpful. The family room offered a fantastic view of the waterfront. Breakfast featured a generous spread, but the coffee quality was underwhelming. The location, just a couple minutes from the airport bus stop and ferry, was super convenient. Temperature control in the room was non-existent. We felt cold during the night due to the heated flooring not functioning. I also noticed a lack of dedicated parking, made unloading our bags a bit tricky.

Its location close to the city centre.

I stay at this hotel practically once every month. This was the second time in a row they tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price through Booked.net . This is not good.

acceptable room rate comparing to the level and facilities of the hotel. quiet and good location in front of the sea. room is cleaning and not too small. many rooms have good sea view. good breakfast.

the service is a little bit slow. the shower gel bottle in the shower room was empty for the first night so we called to fulfill it. the new bottle came only in the afternoon of the next day. We asked the reception to make reservation in a local restaurant "Xl. Dinner" but they "couldnt get through the restaurant" for 48 hours.

Good floor plan, a little more space than comparably priced Norwegian hotels. At this price, the nicest hotel we stayed in in Norway.
